The staff, especially Norma, were remarkable. They greeted us with warmth and a cookie on arrival, made us feel at home, just like a family should.

We had a delightful stay at The Terrace Hotel Lakeland. The room was bright and well-appointed, with a cozy seating area that made it perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The staff went above and beyond, being friendly and helpful at every turn. Breakfast was delicious, and we particularly enjoyed the fresh coffee available in the lobby.

We stayed in a king room, which had great amenities like a refrigerator, flat-screen TV, and tea/coffee maker. The air conditioning kept us cool, and the free toiletries were a nice touch. The dining was top-notch, especially the breakfast with made-to-order items. Really enjoyed the lake views and the fitness center for morning workouts.

The historic architecture is absolutely captivating with its beautiful cathedral-like windows and original tile floors. every corner tells a story! The location is unbeatable—steps away from the picturesque Mirror Lake and an easy stroll to some amazing bars and restaurants. Plus, the complimentary breakfast included delightful made-to-order dishes that left me wanting more!
